Called both cell and home number saying it was a personal matter. Call back number is 1-800-567-1083. They answer American Express and then ask for your AmEx card number. These people have been calling me for a week now and claiming to be AmEx or hanging up. Called AmEx who confirmed that they never called me and that AmEx does not reach out by calling it’s customers. Glad I contacted the real AmEx.
