I don't want Harry & David calling me. The emails are more than sufficient. So I'll keep the block in place.

I received a call from this number, and then called the Harry & David main customer service number (877)322-1200, and they told me that YES, it is a legitimate Harry & David phone number that is used for "Customer Outreach". It is NOT a SPAM phone number.

I answered the call and spoke with a rep who seemed legit, and called the main number for Harry and David afterwards just to confirm it was not a scam. The company says this is their phone line too used to call former customers with promotions and discounts, so don't worry if you get a call. It truly is Harry and David, the gift box fruit company.

I was in a class so didn't pick up; caller ID said Harry & David Customer Care, but they didn't leave a message. I recently placed a Harry & David order, so I checked and discovered that was NOT the customer care number. Not happy about this. Call came in at 2:16 PM ET on 8/2/2025.
