They left a voicemail (sounded like a recording at first then a real person maybe??) stating my full name and that a complaint has been filed against me and they need to talk with me or my attorney about confirming my home place and place of employment.

Sounded like a recording. However the person they were calling about has not had this phone number for over 11 years.. They said "a lawsuit has been filed." I talked to the recording I think that is what it is???
