They claim to be from BOA Fraud detection and give you code for reference and ask you to call 866-258-4982. Lets all call that number at least once a day. Congress needs to charge $0.001 (a hundredth of a penny) for every call made in the USA. We could collect lots of money for the first two weeks until these call centers close up shop
