She called my number & asked for my father. (we share an account but this has been my number since 2010) i told her i was his POA & asked what it was in reference to. She wanted to give me an email to send my POA & i said that im not sending a legal document to an email when i dont even know what it is in regards to. I told her if my Dad has a debt, then she can please resend whatever bill it is to the address they should have on file for him. she said thank you and hung up on me.
