Says that it’s my local hospital but the number is not associated with the hospital, it’s a scam, they have called me twice this week. The voicemail is a recorded message saying the same thing over and over.

Says is from " Blanchard Valley Business Office" There is a Blanchard Valley hospital near where I live however the "Business Office" does not exist. Call came it at 7:30 pm which is well after hospitals business hours. Obvious scam.
