Please give us a call back at 866-249-3475 between 8am - 5pm Eastern time and enter this seven digit PIN: <number>. If you call from the same number we left this message, you won't need your PIN. [phone number and PIN repeated here, followed by information if you no longer wish to receive calls from Humana, and a "thank you"] It is essentially a reminder to get an annual checkup or other upcoming apppintment.

Calls, identifies your name in message, leaves msg, asks to call number with PIN number. Not Humana. Report and Block.

They leave a voice message saying they are Humana. They leave a 7 digit pin number of 7703797. I've contacted Humana and they told me the number 866-249-3475 is not their number and to not answer the call and to report it as spam and to block it and not return their call. It is some sort of a scam. The real number for Humana is 866-620-2623 and 800-457-4708.

Idk who called from this number, (866)249-3475. It showed up as telemarketer @ 8:31 am. If I don't know who it is calling, it is my policy to not answer. I've been interupted too many times in the past by calls I would've been better off not answering cause it interupts my train of thought throwing my plans off, totally unnecessarily. If it's important they'll leave a message
