These scammers have been rotating through different scam scripts over the years. First, it was career counseling. Then they were falsely saying you applied for a job on their website as way to ask for your Social Security number for identity theft. Then they offered fake help on your student loans. This year, they are pretending to be medical alert specialists, offering non-existent medical alert devices and monitoring to try to rip off old people! Total sewage scum! I played along with them and wasted about 20+ minutes of their time!
