This appears to legitimately be Humana Healthy Horizons - ohio Medicaid giving a reminder that I'm due for certain services (flu shot, mammogram, ect.) as I've received mail and emails telling me the same thing and scheduling with them will reward you a visa prepaid gift card. Not spam!

I have received two calls and voicemails that seem almost like they could be real but have me incredibly suspicious. This number matches none of the ones listed by the company.

This number has been calling me about every other day, claiming to be my health insurance company. I tried calling the number back & the recording automatically knew it was me, asking to say "yes" or "no". There are scammers out there who can use your recorded voice saying "yes" for other things. So NO, i will never answer this call & plan to contact my care manager to find out about this.
