Called me about questioning a fee of one of my prescriptions. It was not live it was a pre-recorded message. Since when did health insurance companies use the term fee? If they had inquired a cost about one of my prescriptions it would have been possibly believable. Googled this number and it comes back to nothing except here.

Text message said it was from CarePlus but my guess is, this was from a 3rd party and CarePlus shared my info with them. Called the number, got a robo, nothing identifying the company. Then it put me in a queue and hung up a minute later. Blocked. Thank you Robokiller!
