Woman named Shannon called saying she was from a law firm and that I had an account from 2011 that wasn't paid and that if I don't pay this, I will have to go to court. She had an old address and my maiden name. I contacted Mastercard, capital one, HSBC and HSBC collections to see if they had any records of this and they all said no. Nothing is on my credit report and after all these years they are just now contacting me. Called from 833-224-0004 and told me to call back on her direct line at 912-254-4414.

They said I owed a 2000 bill for a doctor visit from 2013. They said I’d be garnished if I didn’t pay it. I asked for an itemized bill as well as said I continued to go to that office for 10 plus years. They then hung up in my face!!

Said failure to sign for a summons, and that it was their 2nd attempt, and after 3rd attempt would result in a case being pursued... Wants me to call back to set up a time to meet with her courier. Came from 865-351-0922 but she requested a callback at 912-254-4414.
