Claim to improve Water. Did not authorize these calls which are daily for the last 2 weeks

She claimed to be from home depot and said we filled out a survey and they have a gift card for which she would send a link. Then she went on to state that they wanted to send over a "tech" to test our water for free, probably trying to sell us a water filter we don't need. When I called this number back, someone answered Hello, like she was answering a private phone line. When I called the number back she went right into the script until I interrupted her, not sure if she was a recording and I asked if this was some sort of a scam and she said no that she was with home depot. I sent the number to home depot and waiting for a response. Either way, sounds fishy since we never did a survey and phishing scams do the same exact thing and claiming to be from home depot. It would also be intrusive for home depot to make calls to our home to solicit water infiltration systems.
