SAME AS PREVIOUS. Answered first call and it went to his voice mail. He called back later and I didn't answer.

When I answered, call went to a voicemail for "Josh" that did not indicate company or purpose. "Josh" called back live a few minutes later and knew my name, then proceeded to speak quickly when I asked who he was and why he was calling. I could not make out the organization. And then he began yelling at me and asked why I interrupted him to ask what he was saying. He asked if I could "speak English" and said I was stupid, then told me he could speak 5 different languages. I told him he called me, so I had a right to know his purpose, but he was incoherent. I asked if he was intoxicated. He proceeded to yell louder and curse and call me names, and told me to get a life. What a guy. Approx 2:08pm EST on 11/4/24.

At answer, he said his name was John and he was away from his desk. After ending the call, he calls back again but does not say anything.
