Yes, it's AETNA wasting policyholder's money and time, and yes, it's not about an "upcoming" appointment in any event. I am a grownup and I know how to schedule appointments with my doctors as needed. And this robocalling on false pretenses borders on harassment.

It was from Aetna; the message was poorly worded. It wasn't about an upcoming appointment -- it was an automated follow-up to tell me to make sure to SCHEDULE an appointment with my regular physician after a recent hospital stay. It also offered to provide information about home nursing benefit if desired; I declined and it said "thanks" and hung up. I contacted Aetna at their public number and they did confirm it was a legitimate number and call.
