I didn't answer as it seemed suspicious. The number is legit, but it may be being hacked to make spam calls. I spoke with the Captain of the Fire Dept. in Franklin Co. Virginia who confirmed it is their number. I live in the mid-west and no reason for me to get a call from that non-local department.

Mine was notice from the New Jersey judiciary about renewing your attorney license. It does coincide with NJ attorney registration period. Very bizarre that it comes up as Code Red Emergency Notifications.
