Left a voice message that said "A free cell phone with this exclusive low cost offer. This offer is limited, so call us back immediately at 855-777-6638. Number calling and number to call back are different, and there is no context around what this officer is. Most likely a scam to verify if a phone number is active/monitored. The scammers will then sell these numbers to other scammers in order for them to try and get peoples information, money, etc.
