When I call this number back, it says to call from a number that they have on file. I'm not sure how this place can leave a message that says to call and then not have my number on file or any other way to speak with someone. The previous comments appear to be sales copy and may not be genuine user comments from individuals who dislike paying money or dealing with collection agencies. I've received zero letters and am beginning to believe that this is a scam.

My experience with this collection agency was neutral overall. They did what they were supposed to do: notify me about the debt, provide the history, and give me a chance to ask questions before proceeding.

They were persistent in following up, but the tone remained professional. I eventually spoke to a supervisor who helped clarify a few things. It was handled like a standard business matter.
