This is legit. They are quick to question the least unusual transaction.

Calls in the morning around 9AM PT, recorded announcement directing us to call before [something] is too late. We only get the last part of the announcement because there's a phone company recording that plays BEFORE the call is allowed to ring through. We have NO DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS. I think the recording says they are "Fria" - but, not sure.
