They say they are a debt collector. However, I don't know why people saying this caller legit. THEY ARE NOT. They call every number you have and then answering machine says stuff about "writ arrears" and if you call the number back. It says "this number not associated with any number we have on file, please call back from a number associated with your account that we have on file." So it is a scam. I have never missed a rent payment so that part is not true, even living over 20 years in one place. And I am current on all my bills or they paid off. So that part about owing is not true.
