If this is an actual company they're doing a bang up job for hitting all the red flags for a phishing scam. I'm including some of this the number comes up for "Outcomes" in my phone but it also comes up as Unknown which means this may be a spoofed number. Either way they are not qualified to do what they are calling to do as I'm someone who has specialist care. My phone silenced the call and they left an exceptionally generic voicemail via robotic voice saying "Hi, I'm a clinical pharmacist calling on behalf of your health plan. It's time for your yearly medication review and we would like to speak with you in the next 14 days to schedule a time or stop receiving calls." No names given, nothing to prove they are an actual pharmacist - which a robocall is not which just impersonation off the bat -, no company names given, both who they are and are calling on behalf of, and asking for deeply personal information for a yearly review I have never had as this is something I talk to my doctor, a specialist, about that the "clinical pharmacist" would not be qualified for - which would likely make anything they tried to impose illegal/medical malpractice if there are any actual humans behind the HAL robocaller. So report and ignore this and call your health care providers directly, because it's either a scam/spoof or is going to lead to someone being harmed through medical malpractice.
