Called saying “we have renewed your subscription and charged $299.99. If you are not satisfied call back and we will cancel and give you your money back” no other information given.

These people have called several times so I refuse to speak English or answer questions. The guy on other end had heavy Indian accent. When I refuse to speak English he replied "Mam, I want to fu@k you, mam would you like me to fu@k you? I don't have an available checking account with that amount nor do I have a subscription to Microsoft. My software was paid for ions ago in full.
