Saying they are a debt collector trying to collect payment

This number claims that I owe an outstanding bill is not valid. They call people that I know too. I checked my credit report and theres nothing on it that is negative. They have my address, but sent me nothing in writing. I'm not difficult to find. I will be turning them over to my state attorney generals office. Note this comment has been deleted 3 times. Check reddit for information about this number.
