This number just called me and left a message from Spectrum Internet - they called to let me know there was a service outage in my area but that it would be fixed in a few hours. This does not appear to be a scam number so I don't recommend blocking it. They may also use this number to try to sell additional services, so you may want to let your voice mail catch it.

Got a random charge on my bank account from this number listed as "SPECTRUM." Never even talked to anyone regarding such so these cunts must have breached their data somehow. It's also the customer service # for Spectrum, but they're just using it to Phish. Hope they all burn in hell.

855-707-7328 will be a valid Spectrum call for most people. HOWEVER, India scammers have been spoofing this number and the Spectrum name on Caller ID for several years now, pretending to be collecting on fake payments or saying that your Spectrum account will be suspended due to unpaid debts on your account. SO BEWARE OF SCAMS COMING FROM THIS NUMBER! I have never had Spectrum or AT&T DirecTV service, and I received several of these kinds of scam calls this past year, including from this 855-707-7328 number!!!!

Claimed to be from Spectrum and told me what my current bill is. He was off by over $100 less than my actual bill. A red flag! Told him i wasn't interested. He told me since I was unable to make decisions like this he asked to talk to my husband. Ha! I pay our bills. A new low... not just a scammer... but a sexist scammer. The number is similar to actual Spectrum cust serv number. Caution!

I don't have spectrum as a vendor on anything. First call came in with number 800-892-2253 and it then said it was redirecting to 855-707-7328 and then asked for my number I was calling from or my account number. Or say I did not have an account. It was a robo call scam call....
