Honestly Not even mad just impressed how well executed it is. It uses the official synchrony bank automated voice recorder and ask only for last 4 digits of your card number. And then when provided they give you the actual Dollar Amount of purchase, date included. Idk how they do it but they can connect and disconnect from the official synchrony bank Tjx call center and their very own shady scam center and they have easily over 50 people working (males and females included). They also blocked my account when I gave them the issue and were able to be on the call for 6+ hours. Impressive honestly.
