This was a robocall from a bank fraud department to let me know that somebody had cloned my card and was using it in another city. It is a robocall, but a legitimate one.

This is NOT a safe number. they are phishing and making fraudulent charges on your credit cards. My Credit Union says it was NOT them that called and T-Mobil says it was rerouted to an international number.
