This isn't a spam call. If you have Nationwide insurance, they use a third-party to verify drivers, mileage, etc every 3 years as required by law in California. You should have received a letter with a website where you can submit the updates. The letter also has the number 855-573-7348 that you can all to update them. I thought it was spam too because of the urgency ("response is time sensitive") but verified it is a valid number.
