This is a scam. This is not a legit debt collection agency. This is a scam debt collector who has been trying to collect on a debt that doesn’t exist. I’ve received calls over the past four months. Every time I challenged them on the legitimacy of the debt, they literally hang up on you. Block this number and do not interact

Received multiple calls stating that they are going to put a credit on my account in next 24 to 48 hrs and I would need to file a claim. Any help if this is a scam?

Multiple violations of the FDCPA, including robo calls and calling outside the 8 am to 9 pm window. No demand letter ever sent, just a demand for money. No company name, no way to dispute. Obvious scam.

Said they were a debt collector, followed the law of stating the debt collector statement. But they messed up by spoofing my husbands number when trying to call me. When I called them back to see what debt they claim to have I asked why they spoofed my husbands number and she hung up on me.
