Called OptumRX Customer Service. OptumRX said they only use OptumRX numbers and that was NOT one of theirs. The call was from a large south Asian Call Center. They were phishing even the name of my provider! Did not even have my name when I asked who are they calling for. "We need to input your name and DOB first"... Ah NO!
