Received text and call from this number reporting fraud on a card through Elan Financial Services. Later called the number on the back of the card to confirm that this number was legitimate, and was reassured that this is in fact the number for their fraud department. Everything seems to be legitimate here.

Received 3 automated calls within 20 min time span from 855-487-1162 pretending to be from my credit card bank wanting to verify a recent transaction about there being a potential fraud charge. Sent it to voice mail but eventually called back.. So I called back, got an automated phone tree that asked me to enter the zip code of my card, which I faked it twice. Then got transferred to a real person, they wanted my cc # to verify me. I said no and ask them prove to me who they are. Kept dodging the question and pushing for my info, so I said I'll call the # on the back of my card and she said yes you can call the # on your card and hung up. So I called my bank and yep, there was a pending (on hold by actual bank) of $650 from PrizePicks. It all sounded very legit & professional, the automated phone tree and even the US English voice service rep.
