Claims to be United Health Care. Called UHC and this is NOT one of their numbers

They called and said they were united healthcare and they had something they needed to tell me, but they couldn’t tell me unless they verified all my personal information and I told him no thank you, I will call United healthcare myself. When I called United healthcare they had no record of anybody calling me and told me that that number is not even associated with the United healthcare, so united healthcare felt it was a scam. Don’t give them any of your personal information. Call UHC yourself because then you know you’ve got the right person when you call them yourself. When somebody blindly calls you, you don’t know who they are. You only know who they are claiming to be.

1-855-473-1029 is not a United Health phone # listed on the United Healthcare card; yet, they claimed United Health was calling. United Healthcare should look into this and fix this problem. There are a lot of different numbers calling and claiming to be them. It's too easy to become victimized by this scam.
