Same scam. with us. They said The IMEI # on the piece of paper in the shipping box did not match the IMEI # on the box the phone was in. They sent a label and had UPS come, but I told them we will not be sending unless we get the replacement. The label had 729 E 91st St, Chicago, IL 60619 FYI

Xfinity system has definitely been hacked. How would they know we had just received a new cell phone? Trying to get you to take it to the UPS Store. The IMEI # on the piece of paper in the shipping box did not match the IMEI # on the box the phone was in, so how do you know it's not right? They claim they can't send out your phone until they receive the phone in your possession back. I refused to go to the store. They were supposed to send a shipping label via UPS and have it picked up. So... if someone working with them had been in my area, the phone would have disappeared. Finally got tired of the back and forth and went to the Xfinity store today. They claim they haven't had any other issues with this!

They are trying to scam new cell phones from Comcast saying that it’s the wrong phone and to send it back. UPS showed up 30 minutes later
