Non sense. They have personal information and try to pressure you with social engineering tactics claiming that you owe for a payday loan and legal action is pending. If you don’t pay today, they are going to have to freeze your accounts with ChexSystems. If you give resistance, you will be transferred to Kendall. She “works” for ChexSystems but somehow sends emails from suretymediationsolutions@proton.me. This is the same address Jenny Stone sends emails from. They are Americans and not calling from the typical overseas call center. These people even called my family members to reach me.

I echo what the other 2 people said about this scammer. Exact same lines of BS said to me. Tried to quote a law to me which was also a line of BS. Don’t mess with someone who works for a law office you scamming POS!

Scammer this piece of shit try to get me to pay up or they were going to take legal actions saying that there is a lawsuit against me and I owe $500 someone took a loan out in my name that was for $2000 and if I want to settle out of court it’ll be $1000 she had my full Social Security number. She knew where I lived previously and now it is a full scam. Do not give them any information. I asked what company is it? How much was a loan for and where is the company located? She started getting passive aggressive with me saying I’m just doing my job. The more questions asked she didn’t want to give me any info she started getting frustrated and wanted to transfer me to someone else to payment I said it well if it’s a debt collection, how come I don’t see it affected my credit score she said hasn’t gone through that process yet until I get sued and he goes to the court. I said well if it’s alone, it should be in my credit but I don’t see anything, and if you made several attempts to contact me, this is a first attempt that I’ve heard of this. There was no email sent nothing written in paper that I got my mail, so hang up the phone

SCAM, with a Capitol S. They may have some of your info, then tell you , you owe thousands of $, from a pay advance, then want your credit card# to settle today, DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! I asked for some type of written document or even an email, with what and who and when this debt was incurred, they would Not give me anything, but told me I owed it. I ADVISED THEM OK I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM, LOWLIFE PIECES OF SH_T.
