I keep receiving calls from this company. They can't give me a straight answer on what or who I owe. Supposedly the debt is from 2018 or so. Their messages say they sent notice. The address they indicate is one that I have never resided in. I called them today and told them just do what they have to do. I wasn't nasty. They record the calls and can confirm that. The funny thing is the first guy, Timothy, hung up on me when I started to tell him to move forward with the debt. I call back and get Tracey the floor supervisor who then transfers me to michael thompson in disputes who also hangs up on me when I tell him to move forward with the debt. I called one more time and got a recording that the ext 111 was not available. I guess they don't like the constant calls.
