I used this agency to clear up three old accounts that were dragging down my score. Dealing with them was a bit of a chore because of the paperwork involved for each account, but the agents were consistent. Now that they are all marked as "paid," my score has already started to tick back up.

Each of the comments is supposedly from different people, but they all have the same writing style. Also, when was the last time anyone has seen nothing but positive interactions with a collection agency? I sense a potential scam here. If they're a collection agency, they should be mailing letters from the get-go in addition to making calls.
