They begin calling each morning at 8:10. If the first call isn't answered, they immediately call back and leave a recorded message. The calls continue every hour every day like clock work. The call routine vegans as soon as you are 1 hour late on your payment. Payment is due by 11am CST. There is absolutely NO leway for payment time and they will immediately charge the late fee. I have demanded that they limit the calls and they refuse.

Called my phone multiple times a day for days to collect on a balance that was not owed. Collections representative Jam was very rude and disruptive and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I finally called customer service it was advised that I did not have a pass due balance in collections and then all the calls stop. Don't give them any money call the number on your card first.
