I also asked if they had a mailing address that I could send a payment into and they said no they would only take Visa or MasterCard… I said well I don’t have any credit cards and they said well you can get a reloadable one and pay that way… Which I thought was a little fishy but I’m glad that I read these comments and I am walking at their phone numbers

They called me and I spoke with Melissa(rude) said I owed money on an old acct with HSBC.. I called and spoke with Anelle at HSBC and had no record of me! I called back and Melissa (rude) said they would see me in court.. I called from a dif number and spoke with Todd and he transferred me to Tamika (nice) she almost sounded legit! Said it was bought by capital 1 bla bla ... called Capital one and no record. I asked Melissa to mail me something and couldn’t .. Tamika said they could email me something but she went to transfer me to manager and disconnected ... glad I read this info!!!

Caller ID 678-436-8148 from Georgia. Call is for my sister on some court order. Angela says I can call 855-218-5129 to ask about this court order. I calling this 678# while typing this. It has been 3 minutes and no answer yet. I called the 855# then hung up after I consider it a scam so I come here to check on it. Anyhow, after 5 minutes of ringing and no answer, I think it is a scam.

So, this jerk face first started calling my in laws house. My in laws were so worried that I was going to be homeless because these people threatened to go to my job. I called the number back and got this horrible woman. She said I owed this debt from 8 years ago. Yes, I said 8 years ago. I asked her to email me some paperwork so that I could pay the debt. I always pay my debts if I owe them. She said she was not allowed. I said...okay then, you're a scammer! She said...ma'am..if I was a scammer, would I have your social security number and your birth date? I said...you sure would! That's what scammers say! She yelled at me and said..(with a country accent) "good luck in court and getting your wages garnished!" I said ....BRING IT ON!!! She hung up on me. These people have some nerve trying to steal. I work hard, and so do many other people. One of my kids has medical issues that use a lot of our family's income. How......DARE....You!!!!!!!!!!

Receiving numerous calls every day and my family members and place of employment are receiving them. I finally spoke to someone and said they were calling on behalf of HSBC bank. Stated I had an outstanding balance and would like to settle. They had my SSN, home address, account number, date account opened and last payment. I called HSBC directly (as I do not have an account with them) and they confirmed the same thing. I blocked them but then they called from another number. It is really very annoying now!!

Calls multiple times a day. Started calling my mother's phone. I have number blocked, but they leave same message every time that they are going to come to my job. When I called back they said it was for a debt I didn't owe. When I told them to stop calling, I was told not to tell her how to do her job and that I should me to stop wasting my time calling because the phone calls will never stop, I hung up.

Threatening to come to my job. I explained that I had filed for bankruptcy in federal court and all debt was cleared. They said not this one, I asked what it was and he wouldn't tell me. I said I need the information to send to my lawyer and since I filed in federal court if I find out that it was included you were be under penalty for calling me on a debt that was cleared. They hung up on me! Somebody needs to do something about these scam callers trying to collect money. Some people really would do it because they are scared.

They have called me 4 times in 2 days on 2 different phones. I went through the same thing a month ago with a different caller. They called my uncle, grandfather, uncle's ex wife from 20 years ago and her grandma who I have never met or have any relation to. This is a scam above all scams. I don’t know what exactly they want but when I called back this so called Samantha hanged up as soon as I asked where were they calling from? They only had my family member’s name. I called back & complained to her about why she hung up and requested her to let me know what company was she calling from and she comes up with a different thing now, stating it’s pne processing.... please be careful with these scammers!

Jason Wilson called and left a message that I owe money from an old HSBC credit card that was settled years ago. He told me to call Erin Marrotti at a 855-215-5129 to see if she can stop legal proceedings. I would have to pay a settlement today for $1226 or risk paying $4226. I believed her because she had info about me but didn’t pay. I called HSBC and they told me it was a scam.

They try to intimidate you and your loved ones for a debt that was ten years old. Past the statue of limitations. The have no clue she is in a hospice care facility , since the dumbass wants to go to her work good luck with that !!!!! I called our PA Attorney General and have to fill out a form to have an investigation started and the BBB has no record in any state of this company . They said most likely a scammer in the garage trying to harass innocent people!!!!!!

Received yet another call after my below review. I called back and this time "Erin" answered. I asked her name, the name of the company which I was now advised was PNR Legal, instead of PNR Processing, and when I tried to ask for their address she pushed back. I asked for their headquarters and wouldn't let up. She finally told me they were in Texas but I don't believe it. She ended up hanging up. I called the other number that's been calling with the same message - 855-217-2761 and Erin answered again. We should all sue.

I have gotten four voicemails looking for the same person (not me) and asking to meet at an undisclosed place for some unnamed legal matter. They threaten to "make one final attempt at your place of work." I called the number back after the fourth one and told them to stop calling, called them out, but the guy only tried to convince me for a second that they were a mediation company before hanging up on me.

Calling several times a day. Similar voicemail left as the previously mentioned ones. Debt they are claiming I owe is for an old CC that is past statute of limitations, and I believe i paid off already more than 5 years ago to a different collection agency (Calvary??). Several other numbers are calling for identical account: 855-217-2761, 844-651-8890, 541-803-5896. When I spoke with them (thru the 541#) they said the company name is Global Management and they are a Mediation group. She stated that they cannot provide information, only can inform their collection client of my requests, and that they will present their evidence in court. I requested proof of the debt in writing, sent to my email address, and that my attorney would be in touch. She could not provide me the name of the collector. I informed her that as a consumer it is my right to that information, and that they cannot sue me without first serving me. I then had to cut the call off as i had to return to work. She did offer to remove my number, but immediately after I rec'd another call from the number ending in 2357 with another vm left.

Have been calling daily from different numbers with a recording from both Ken Wilson and Jason Wilson stating that they have attempted to contact you and that they will make one final attempt at your place of business. When you return the call a woman named Elaina answers. The first time I called back she advised her company was PNR Processing, asked for my name to look up my account and put me on hold for "Ken Wilson." I waited on hold for 5 minutes and was disconnected. I received another call from the threatening recording of Ken Wilson the following day. I immediately called back, explained that I called yesterday and was hung up on and wanted to know what this was in regard to. I asked more about their company and if they had a website since every internet search I did pointed to them being a scam. She immediately got an attitude and "no of course we don't have a website we are a processing company!" Umm. Most actual debt collecting companies do have websites... She advised that they had sent me a "package" in July and had my address. She said they would now put me in their system as being unresponsive and that the sheriff would be coming to my home and that they would bring litigation against me. I advised that I work for a law firm, I am not being unresponsive as I had returned both their calls immediately, I still hadn't been explained what this was in regard to or what they wanted and once I confirmed that they were a legit company, and that I had an obligation to them of some kind I would call back and handle it. She got angry at this response and screamed "good luck and we will be moving forward with litigation!" and hung up. Really? LOL

Called me again same co p&L OR R processing. Same illegal collection practices using different phone number. Saying I owe credit card debt they're not going to stop calling until I pay the debt. Can the dish in uniform offices will be coming to my place of employment to serve my summons. Now in the state of New Jersey is against the law for lawsuits to pay a bill with summons to come to your job is served by mail and certified mail. I told them this was paid when she was years ago and if anything is in the statue of limitations. They'll be soon I said go ahead and send the papers and never do it just keep calling . Some guy named mr. Wilson probably a fake name.
