Nicole has been very rude and threatening. She has mentioned garnisheeing my wages and if I do not pay $842.17 TODAY it will then be $2.347.00 tomorrow with court cost and fines. I am so nervous because she knows where I work, my address, my phone number, my cell number and says that I owe a credit card ending in 5710 but the next conversation she said it was 5719. She will not tell me the credit card number so that I can verify the account but threatens me to sue me. Says the account is with HSBC bank. I have several recordings of our conversations.

Calls going straight to VM with recording from "Ken Wilson". Calling about a debt paid off 9 years ago (and yes I have proof). I tried calling # back and talking to someone...always the same, attempt to "locate" me regarding this 'debt'. I have tried blocking # but I am still getting VM messages from these scam junkies.

Same thing happened to me- numerous calls to my home, cell phone, my sisters ad Moms phones. Stating I was going to be audited and there was numerous attempts by phone and residence. Called them back to tell them quit calling and the woman said she would have a residence tracker bring me papers and see me in court. My response- “I’m home all day, so bring papers”. She told me I was very rude and hung up. What a scam! I hope there isn’t anyone out there who actually falls for this scam and gives their information to these people. These people running and working this scam should be ashamed! I advised my family that if they continue to call them, they should advise the scammers that I am in prison for beating up a scammer that came to my home, till they had to be put in the hospital...

Has called my cell several times saying that I owe money to an Old account. Called that bank and they said it was a scam call. I owe nothing. They threaten to come to my job and serve me with papers. I honestly didn't wait as long as they had me on hold. I called back to see what they wanted. They asked for me by name claiming they had attempted delivery of something via my address. For having multiple failed attempts they were going to attempt contact at my place of employment. (Which is NOT okay) and why I thought it may be legal or court related, leading me to call back to find out. I even thought it were probably just baiting me into calling back simply due to the message's tone and lack of introduction or detail... likely leading the recipients to the same assumption I arrived at. The script is cleverly written. Why send a message instead of speaking on the call we're on right now!? But I got curious... I started out on hold for about 30sec, then spoke to a woman who asked me if I had been asked for in the message or if it was for someone else. I said it asked for myself and proceeded to ask her who she was and from where she was calling from and who for?... and then she put me on hold again. Hung up after about another 30sec.

They keep blowing up my phone for a woman I have never heard of. The one nice person I talked to told me the phone number was for a family member of hers (who I used to get debt collection calls for all the time when I first got this number 18 months ago). They assure me I’m off the list then they are back to calling the next day. Today the woman was rude and hung up on me. I want to know who they are so I can file suit against them. I am a lawyer. So I received the phone call from a Ken, informing me that they have made several attempts to contact me with important documentation in regards to a delinquent credit card debt (under $1,000), and will be subpoenaed to appear in court to resolve the matter. After questioning the information as well as the idiocy of legality, I simply informed them that I needed to look into the matter for which they responded; "if you have any more questions please contact us". Looked at my credit report and most peculiar was in fact the delinquency card company had issued me another credit card recently.., weird huh. Just goes to show you that information is power and to look up such things prior to assuming their legitimacy, cheers Ken!!

I have asked 7 times to be removed from the call list in a 5 week period. They are looking for 2 ex family members. I've been divorced for 13 years and they will NOT STOP CALLING. I HAVE NO CONTACT WITH THE EX. Everyone needs to keep calling them back like they call us. They started yelling at saying.. we will put you back on the call list if I don't stop calling them. Wow. Received a call that I let go to voicemail from "Ken Wilson" saying they've made several attempts to reach me and then used a bunch of other useless scare tactics about undeliverable documents and trying to reach me at work. However, this message was intended for my deceased mother in law as the voicemail mentioned her name and not mine. Makes me think this is a scam that targets the identities of deceased individuals. Can't even put into words how disrespectful and appalling that is. Well, "Mr. Ken Wilson", there's a special place in hell waiting for you. Just keep up the scamming and you'll get that special spot secured in no time at all.

Telling them to stop calling is like spitting in the wind, block them and they will call from another number.. but hence, non threatening foul language and they give up a name ... please file complaint with CFPB and FCC if they contact you, or any other agency whom you feel is fit.

I got 3 calls in the same day from 1-855-217-5874 looking for my ex-husband whom I haven't spoken to or seen in 20 years. They said they were trying to fax or deliver some documents and said to call back. I called back and the first time just got music and then it hung up on me. The 2nd time, music again and then after about 3 minutes a lady answered and said she would remove my number but wouldn't give my any other information on who they were or what kind of documents they are trying to deliver. Sounds like a scam to me.

Robo call with two different (American) voices...first man then women. Called at 8:30am pacific standard time. Said they were unsuccessful in delivery of some sort of documents to my address on file so now they will send to my place of employment. Well good luck with that since I have not worked for 20 years. There must be a lot of stupid people that believe these kind of calls for them to keep calling people all over the country. People STOP answering their calls! They are not getting your number from anyone they just dump a block of numbers into their phone system and run and hope some idiot will answer and believe them and since it is ALWAYS about the money they will ask or tell you to pay them something for something ridiculous.

Robo Call with "insert my name here".. Stating the've been urgently trying to get in touch with me. blah blah.. I called back and requested the name of their company to which they replied P&R Legal Services. Sketchy as F.. - total TWA (Time Wasting Assholes). Told them my number is a Do Not Call number. They said they're not telemarketers but would provide any additional information as to why they were trying to reach me.. CRS hung up. Called back two additional times just to fuck with them.. different people answered each time. Last person apologized and said that it would take 24 hours to remove my number from their system and hung up. Blocked their number... again.... total TWA's

They have called my home, cell, and my daughter's cell leaving messages that say they have tried multiple attempts to contact me via phone and mail with documents marked as undeliverable, indicates that they will do last attempt through employer. The message is starts with a male voice, then my name sounds robotic, then a female voice finishes the message. They never indicate what it was for or who they are. Looks and sounds by previous comments that its a scam.
