About six times a year, they call, soliciting a call back. They NEVER give out the name of their organiztion, just that they are calling on 'behalf' of Aetna Medical, as a service. No details, but promise plenty, IF I call them. Their incoming call number to me, is not the callback number they leave in voicemail.

This is a legit call or message from Aetna, inquiring about a member's once a year, in-home visit. This is a benefit they have when they sign up for insurance with Aetna. The visit qualifies as a preventative measure and therefore, the member can qualify for a $50 gift card that can currently be used at CVS, Home Depot, Kohls and one other place...I can't remember. Anyways, not a scam.

Had extensive convo with woman from Aetna. She said they want to send health professionals to my house for a check up & to answer any questions I have. I told her that’s the reason I get my primary & specialist physicians to assess my health needs. She tried to convince me, but could not answer why this would benefit me. I told her I would contact her if I decided yes. She has called several times. I would block if you don’t want to be bothered.
