Student Loans
Caller Name: Liberty document processing company

Asked who they were speaking with. After being told it was not the person they were inquiring about. But were told I know the person. Proceeded to ask personal questions. Then after being told I would give said person the phone to give permission. Said person was still not asked permission. To which thecompany continued to seek information without permission. Then asked about amount of student loan. When told around 5000. We were placed on hold for approximately ten plus minutes. After hanging up. Tried to call back. Only got a prerecorded message saying person at extension 5 was on the other line. Obvious scam.

I called the number back. They're claiming to be Student Loan Services with the Department of Education. The next question they asked me was Are you're student loans over $5,000. I said no and they hung up.
