Credit Card from 16 years ago I do nor remember having with Wells Fargo. Said they were suing me and my husband who was supposedly not on the card and they were putting a lean on my house. They said they would take $4000.00 right now over phone and would stop the law suit for $7000.00 if I paid immediately. They said under Florida law they could sue my husband even though he was not on card.
