Caller left a message stating, "This message is intended for _________. Hello, our office, Richmond Mediation Services have received a pending civil summons listing you as the respondent. Although your statement is appreciated, it is not necessary for the litigation process to move forward. To place a stop action towards this matter yourself, you you or your legal counsel can contact the mediation department at 844-977-0239." The name they used was a name I have not used in a decade. When I called back in, they would not identify themselves except to say that they were the "mediation department." They kept referring to themselves as RMS, but would not say what it stood for, despite the message they had left saying "Richmond Mediation Services." The address they gave me was fake. I called the building manager for the place they are supposedly leasing and they are not located there. The girl on the phone made several threats that I would be sued etc. Report them to the CFPB! They are a complete SCAM!

Received a call from 561-763-5565 advising this is a final notification and once a court date has been set, this company can no longer talk to me.
