Thanks to these people who alerted me of a scam, I did not follow the calling process, they told me that I had to take action on my new account, it seemed strange to me and when I went to Google with the number I was tremendously surprised, I appreciate these voices that gave the alarm, Only in this way can we combat crime. As if that were not enough, with my new account number, I called and had the updated balance. Before taking a step online, even if it is true, take your time to make sure the veracity of the call.

Definitely a Scam. Panicked at first because the original number that came up said Con Ed. But automatically went to my account online and saw I never missed a payment. And even if you do Con Ed does not automatically cut your power off. This is a complete scam. Do not call this number back and do not give them ANY of your information.

Left a message to call back because power will be cut off if payment is not made. Made a payment at the beginning of the month and website has a different number from what they provided. Don’t fall for it, always check direct company’s website
