I have blocked this phone number, and it called again. The woman said she was from United Health Care. She then asked for SS#, date of birth; to validate who I am. I insulted her and hung up. I had already checked with UHC through my account; this ph. # is not associated with UHC. BEWARE!!!

My phone service identified this as a survey call. Didn't answer, but Googled number to confirm it was UHC. This they are pests, and it is a main reason I'm dropping them as my insurance provider.
