When I called this number it said "Hello, my name" I said speak to someone and it disconnected. I called 4 times in total, every time it said my first name and disconnected. I called Optum directly and they said this is not one of their numbers. SCAM!

Yep, called actual Optum specialty pharmacy and picked it out of them that they had called twice, one person thought they had stopped doing it. Looks to be a part of a management program to act as if you can't handle your own health care. I have used the same medication for 10 years and am doing good, but someone's been pushing all kinds of UN needed behavior health items, probably to make more money. Where is Luigi?

An Optum Pharmacy virtual assistant called to verify personal information. Then hung up. Then I called back to ask for a human and it hung up. I'm worried this could be phishing. Can anyone verify?
