A 540 number texted me about a Kaiser bill (in PNW). I have a bill with Kaiser and so I thought it was automated reminders. I was having issues with navigating Kaiser's online payment system so I called the 844-718 number which was provided to me by the Virginia number 540. The scammer did not ask the typical Kaiser ID verification questions, did not ask for my MR#, and the address I provided was not the address I had with Kaiser when I last used their services. My "account" still showed up on their end and they did not ask me if I wanted to update my address. This number shows numerous hits for scam calls on a reverse number search. Not legit.
