I picked up the call. It sounded like a real human male. He asked for me by name, then hung up on me instantly when I replied as if a receptionist "who is calling?" So I looked up the number, and found that this is a scam/spam/robo reported number. I blocked it.

Claimed they were a collection agency named Wakefield and Associates. Told me that I owed money and I told her I was at work and she could just tell me who I supposedly owed. She said she had to go through her speech before she could tell me. When she told me, I told her she was wrong and hung up on her. Then I called the hospital and they said I was in good standing and had nothing due.

I asked him who they were, I told him I had missed calls from this number, he said they were from a medical debt collector, but he told me we can't give you information if you say you're not, goodbye and he hung up on me.

Man asked to speak to me by name. I asked who was calling. He laughed and said "OK then [name], here's the situation I'm calling you about..." I cut him off and said "I asked who is calling, I did not say that I'm [my name]." He got an attitude and responded by shouting, "Well if you're not [name], then it doesn't matter who's calling you, lady!" I laughed at his temper tantrum. He hung up.
