This is what they said to me.. leaving a voicemail but the phone never rung.. Hi, good afternoon. The message will be for ___. It's uh, Henry here with Energy Home. calling you here. This is in regards to uh, cancellation notice that we received in the supply portion of your building utility company comment. We wanted to, check with you here to see if you had actually authorized this cancellation, please, if you could give us a call back at the number 844-581-2181. Thank you. Total scam.

NRG called six times in less than a minute to cancel my account that I do not have. They also called three times in less than a minute in July. I have reported this number to the FTC. It's also a Do Not Call Violation
