If they don't' identify who they are- they are spamming and harassing. If you receive scam text messages, report them to the FTC, copy-paste the message and send via text to 7726. Keep all calls and voicemails from 'potential debt collection' as this could be considered harassment and you could sue them especially if it is proven to be excessive and misleading.
