The number is legit, I have it saved in my phone b/c I don't take unknown calls. But it might be that scammers are spoofing the phone number. I have it saved as "robot says you have an appointment" so I think from my call history, there is never a live human calling from this, and you might as well let it go to voicemail (b/c if I answer it I absolutely *will* forget and miss an appointment). Then check your voicemail and delete if it is scammy or for me, if I've just gotten out of that appointment, hooray, I didn't forget it this time. TLDR phone number is legit, be careful as always about spoofed phone numbers, nobody in this day and age will be upset if you let every single call go to voicemail unless you are expecting a phone call at that exact moment (i.e. my therapist calling me it's time for my therapy session via phone/video call). Never can be too safe. Anyone who has a problem with that doesn't need to be in your life.
