I did my 5yr agreement. I called to ask about my account, said wanted to cancel. was told normally auto renewed but mine didn't. 3/2/23 Told on 3/14/23, oh yes, auto renewed for *another 5yrs*. never notified in June 2022 re renewal so I thought it was month to month. stopping payment. d*****.
